Payment
Payment is half at the start, half on delivery. Support for four weeks after launch is included in every build.
After launch
After that, ongoing support and iteration run as a monthly retainer, scoped to how much the system actually needs.

Fine-tuning projects and inference-cost work are priced per scope - the shape of the data decides the work, so a fixed number before a look would be made up.
